Which is kind of like, an atom bomb dropped into the profits of DC Comics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Time-Warner, incorporated.

This may kill the next Superman movie. I wish the article were clearer on the rights the family now has to the character; it's very murky. There is apparently some fight still over who owns "Superboy," too. So I dunno if this will affect "Smallville".
